What a beautiful property, "We are so happy we chose Dixieland! We instantly felt at home, Des & Jon are friendly hosts and the Des's Banana bread is amazing!! An immaculate home and great to unwind and walk around the property and breathe in the fersh air. Berrima has some quaint little shops to browse around and restaurants are just great for a long lunch or dinner. We will be back!

I have stayed at Dixieland Estate on numerous occasions with my family and friends. The kids love feeding the chooks and horses, playing pin ball machine and enjoy running around and in the large paddocks exploring. The adults love a bit of music and playing pool. The open fire is my favorite and the accommodation is very comfortable and massive!

Thanks Dixieland estate we love staying there and will be back.
If your considering Dixieland Estate for a country get away you won't be disappointed, I can't recommend highly enough.

This property was perfect to accommodate our large family under the one roof with plenty of areas to entertain all ages. 16 adults and 4 kids under 4 had a fantastic time and made some amazing memories.
